Hey everyone,
Hope you all have been keeping well.  It's been a hectic couple of weeks this ends.  Craft shows, cooking demos and exercising.  It's been crazy.  Lately my body feels like it's been hit by a mack truck from lifting so much heavy weights.  Apart from that the creative juices has been leeched out of the body as well.

I've been seeing all the fantastic challenges I've been meaning to do, but alas I keep missing the cut off date.  So hopefully this one might just make it into the challenge on

Mum's Birthday

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the lack of posts lately.  Been busy with my various work - cooking demos and craft shows.  On top of that I've added another day of Crossfit into the mix, as they say no rest for the wicked.  I've managed to get my hands on some of the new Elizabeth Craft dies designed by Karen Burniston.  They are so cool.  On top of that I got to meet the lady behind the company Els herself and have a photo with her for the .  She had so many wonderful sample cards she had displayed.  Wow....

I've made this card for my mother's birthday.  I've used Fancy That dies for the flowers and leaves as well as mum; Memory box die - Happy Birthday; Elizabeth  Craft dies - Accordion oval card.  Glitter, foil and double sided cardstock was used.  Tattered Angel's glimmer mist was used on the flowers.

It's been a week or two again I know.  Family, exercise and work has once again been full on.  My poor craft table is being neglected with all the the lovely new dies I've recently acquired.  Better put them to good use.  So here is one of many I hope :).  Here's one I've put together this early morning due to a possum outside the bedroom window making a ruckus like there was no tomorrow.

Glitter Xmas

Hi one and all
Yesterday I got to go to a sleepover and make Christmas cards.  How good is that.  The funny think was I only took my dies, minimal paper making sure my glitter, foil and some ds paper was in the pack.  Odds and ends and I survived the nite.  The good thing was my gf had the required Big Shot, and a whole heap of embossing folder that I could use.  So I managed to make 4 cards.  No much you might say but a we all know some days you're lucky if one is made a week.  Well I might be stretching it a bit.
