Tasty spaghetti

Tasty Spaghetti

You need

about 700g good mince meat (chicken is great too)
2 -3 lge cloves of garlic diced
1 med onion diced.
1 tin tomato soup (400g)
1 tin tomatoes (400g)
rock salt, cracked pepper, raw sugar(optional), mixed herbs (oregano, italian parsley, thyme, rosemary)
2 - 3 Tbsp portwine
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Heat up saucepan before adding about 1 Tbsp oil (I use olive), let the oil heat up before adding onions and garlic, saute till the onions soften and brown a little.
Next add the mince and brown, stiring to keep from sticking to the bottom.
Add about 1 tspn rock salt (trust me it's not a lot of salt for that amount on meat) and pepper
Add port and let cook for a couple of minutes , next add the whorchesterhire sauce.
Add herbs, tin soup and tin tomatoes.
Taste - if to your liking let simmer otherwise add

I at this stage I would add more of what I think it needs. (I like my dishes to be on the sweeter side so I would maybe add sugar and pepper to bring the flavour out.)

Serves 4 - 6 people

Serve with pasta and a nice green salad
any sort of lettuce variety
tomatoes chopped
red onion (thinly sliced)
carrot (thinly sliced)

Dressing
Balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt
pepper
honey (use icing sugar if you haven't got any)
wholegrain mustard

all ingredients into a bottle and shake.

BON APPETITE
