4 Mum

Good morning lovlies
Another steamy day happening here.  Where does the time go, family, work, exercise and other little jobs that need doing.  Couple more weeks before the start of a new school year.  Thank goodness my kids are now old enough to get their own school supplies and eeeek working.  Can we all remember when it was just so exciting getting new supplies, covering the books and marking everything.  Now it's mum, it's okay I can get the stuff myself.  :( but but but. No it's okay mum.

Here's another card I've made for Mother's day.  Just some simple stenciling in the background, netting lace ribbon for texture, a memory box flower die which I cut out twice for the stems and flowers, a IO butterfly and finally SU stamp for the sentiment.

So easy when you have awesome stamps and dies to play with.  Here's a Taylored Expression stamp and die set called Dig In, Tim Holtz Distress markers to colour, Elizabeth Craft die - Happy Birthday, SU retired ribbon and some craft wire.

Plane awesome

Happy Friday everyone,
I discovered the Taylored Expression dies with the cutest stamps that go with them.  The best thing about them are, you buy them together in the one package.  I used Tim Holtz Distress markers to colour them quickly. SU bottons for the embellishment, Elizabeth Craft dies from the tree set to make the clouds, Sizzix tag die from the "Be thankful" and a corner rounder for the tab.

Mother's Day

Good morning beautiful ppl,
Sunday morning has started out awesome.  The day is still cool and a little overcast.

Thoughts and prayers to our neighbours downsouth with all the horrific bushfires happening.  

Looks like my mojo has kicked in for the start of 2015.  Fingers crossed it will stick around.  Will try and do a whole heap of Mother's Day card themes from the challenges I do and send them off to our troops.

Springtime

Hi everyone,
Long time no see.  Life is just running away with end of the year family stuff, work and exercise.  I've still been playing with all my lovely goodies, just haven't had a chance to do the challenges on my to do list.  So hopefully I'll be able to get some more cards done before the end of the year.

Here's a card done with a new Memory Box die I got from the last craft show.  I've now realised to make it easier you need the solid background die, so much easier then to fill in the little gaps.  Washi tape used as ribbon and rubon sentiment.
