G'day
Spent a lovey arvo at my parents helping them in the garden loosening up the soil for planting.  Carrying a buckets of rain water to all the plants and having them nearby so they don't have to do too much heavy lifting.  Got some new Memory Box Stencils after seeing all those wonder cards on Pinterest.  So here's my take on it.  Had some arrow washi tape which I paired up with a Memory Box bike.  Sizzix die was used to cut out a SU saying.  Memory Box stencil and Tim Holtz Distress Ink for the background.  Might just make the challenge on

Happy Easter everyone,
Hope you all get to spend some wonderful time with family and friends.
I hope to get more cards done for all the fab challenges out there in blog land these next few days.  I sent a txt to my masseuse telling him that all the hard work he did on my legs and shoulders got lost in a workout that had a 100 wall balls, well at least I had the range of movement to get down into those squats.  Doesn't get any easier I tell you.

Hi everyone

Thoughts and prayers to the victims and the families hurt in the Boston Marathon this week.

This week has been trying to get back into routine with the new school term starting, me finishing up with my old gym and starting a new exercise called Crossfit.  Here's to a stronger, fitter body.

I've managed to put this card together by the seat of my pants.  It was suppose to be for a gf birthday yesterday but I wasn't too happy with what I had.  So here's the finished result with added embellishment to finish it off.  Simple but classy I must say.

Hi everyone,
It's already Friday and the second week of school hols.  We went and watched Madagascar 3 and enjoyed it immensley.  Marty still has it .  If you haven't seen it, it's worth watching for young and old alike.
I've started making Chirstmas cards for our troops so apologies for the lack of postings.  There's a lady whose husband is in the services asking crafters to donate cards to send overseas since our troops don't get a chance to buy cards to send home.  I always find old scap paper and embellishments laying in my MANY drawers that I don't get to use up, so why not put them to good use and come up with some new ways to use them.
Well I did manage to colour this Gorguss girl for the challenge over at http://blog.markerpop.com/  Spellbinders Shapeabilities was used, SU cardstock, Copic markers ofcourse and a embellishment as well.

THE CHALLENGE: Oldies, but Goodies
Pull out your oldest markers and use them! If you can’t remember your oldest markers, just use some that you think are some of your oldest ones. We’re not going to know the difference   You DO NOT have to use a Gorjuss stamp like we did –as long as you color something, it counts! Some days some cards inspiration comes easier than other days, and this is one of those days.  I was asked to make an engagement card for a friend.  This is what I've come up with,  A4 size was needed.  Now this fits into a few of the challenges that I regularly enter into into.  The first is http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com/  challenge # 72 (lets get buggy) and http://diecuttindivas.blogspot.com/  challenge #27 (garden showcase) since his proposing to her in the great outdoors.

Using the Cricut  Sweethearts and Cindyloo cartridge, with DCWV paper and some glimmer mist on the black shadow.   Congrats wording from SU.  The b/g  was some old 7gypsies paper I found in my million paper stash.
