3 Hearts

Hi everyone,
Today I got to make a special card for my lovely daughter.  She's a big Hello Kitty fan and Cricut having 2 gr8 cartridges to choose from.  I cut out Kitty and her ballon in white cardstock and coloured it with Copic Pens.  The background paper is from My Mind's Eye cardstock - Party Time, SU - card stock, stamp set, Tim Holtz - ink pad and Cricut - Hello Kitty Greetings and Salutations.
I'm entering this into the challenge over at http://especiallymade.blogspot.com.au/p/weekly-challenge.html - Create a card with 3 of a certain item.  I used 3 heart brads.

G'day one and all

How time flies and we're already well and truely into March.  My gypsy so far is working nearly 100% again, which is fantastic.

Don't these cupcakes look fantastic!!!!  Made by my wonderful daughter.  These were made for family day which has fallen on St Paddy's Day...  What betta way to celebrate then to have yummy green cupcakes

In honour of St Paddy's Day tomorrow, I've come out with some family name tags.  Lol not that we don't know one another, but cause it's been so long since the family has had a get together.  So all families involved had to make name tags for everyone in the family...  Here's my take on them.

I nearly have my gypsy back to nearly working properly again.....

I decided to actually ring PROVOCRAFT themselves to see if they could help me with my gypsy.
Considering I was ringing from Australia, I really didn't have to wait long at all...

My waiting time was about 10 odd minutes or so, in my books that's FANTASTIC.

I had to ring a cpl of times cause the gypsy would work when I was on the phone talking to the support crew and play up when I was off.   grrrrrrr  not happy Jan...

I have to say the 2 ladies I spoke to Keli and Kirsty were FAB in walking me through my problems with the gypsy....

Now to try and load the free cartridges back on...   Was told the Smiley Card cartridge is a little more difficult, but I can do without if my gypsy is trouble free.

FINGERS CROSSED EVERYONE MY GYPSY SHOULDN'T GIVE ME ANY MORE GRIEF.

Hoot Hoot

It's Thursday and the first day of March.... Yikes summer is officially over and autumn has started with a noice warm 30 odd degrees. 

Here's a colour challenged card I made for http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com.au/2012/02/challenge-me-monday-100.html  - purple, green and turqouise.

 So owls being the in bird of the moment, I thought I'd use the cute owl from Create a Critter, letter and number from Birthday Bash.  Cardstock from SU, Bazzill, a little bling for the bow with some Liquid Pearls, ribbon from SU (retired I think), ribbon stamp image from the many rubber stamps I have.

Arggggg my gyspy is driving me crazy......  But I managed to cut some wings from the Indie cartridge when they were giving free cartridges when you were registering them.

So here's my version of wings and time.  The wings were not so clearly cut, but I don't mind the look, it just looks more feathery and dimensional.  The saying and boat was stamped on the back of a sticker packet from the kids stash and I left the remaing sticker on to give it a illusion of clouds in the distance...
