My latest piece. hope you like it as much as I enjoyed painting this one.
Love how the colours came together without too much effort. I have been painting all my pictures from black and white photos. I find it doesnt distract me too much and I can then use what colour to make it light or shadowed when I think I needs it. Have a gr8 day :)
Working on a large scale and trying to balance colours

This is the same face of the man painted in colour, I wanted to see if I could paint him and give him more depth with just using monochromatic colours.
As you can see I have this fasination with painting faces. I like the challenge and I hope I capture the emotion of the moment.

This picture was painted with just using cardboard strips and cut up plastic card strips maded into various sizes, to get the effect I wanted.

Personalising a b'day card for someone.

A nice A5 size card for a wonderful little man we know, who turned 5.

He loves Thomas the tank engine , so here's my attempt to make a train theme card for him. Hope you like it.

Used the cricut to cut out the train, elephant and the no 5. Scallop edge punch for the train tracks and a lovely SU stamp for the b/ground
